My Family Waltham heirloom

This is my Waltham pocket watch. It was giving to me recently by my Aunt. She informed me it was my grandmother's Grandfathers watch. She was unsure which grandfather but both lived in the same area of the country...Northern Oklahoma(Pond Creek \ Blackwell) or South Central Kansas(Wellington). He was apparently a worker for the city he lived in and cleaned the streets. He found it on the job and it was just something that was passed down throughout the generations. My grandmother was born in 1920 and guessing at the moment with out looking up the information I would say he probably found in in the late 1880's or early 1890's. Anyone that could actually date this watch for me I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks.
