      This is the only photo I have sadly. I don't have the dimensions either. A friend is trying to identify the item as part of a quiz. I've wracked my brains but couldn't help her.

      Not the best picture to go by. Possibly take a couple new one's. However,I will give it a shot, going on what I can see. I think it's a honey comb spinner. Bee keeper's would place there full combs in this to spin out honey by centrifrial force' then drain honey out bucket spout.
