Please help me identify what these old sewing tools were used for. I have just been given a large old sewing basket brimming with mysteries for me! It belonged to a lady from Germany who is in her 90s. three have wooden handles. the red plastic one I think is simply a magnet. I am particularly interested in the one with the spiked wheel. It has what looks like a small shoe horn which I guess is a finger shield.
Leather sewing tools.
first item simple awl, second item stitching roulette for spacing stitches, theather stitching awl.

What is the 3rd tool called and used for
