My father served aboard the U.S.S. Hornet during Apollo 11 and 12 moon landings. The middle bottom button is one he received on ship at that time. All of the others surrounding it we acquired on the 20th anniversary of the moon landing that NASA held in Houston in '89.
The gold tie clip on bottom right is a replica of the plaque left by the astronauts upon the moon when they left. As its too small to read in the picture Ill post it here:
Here men from the planet Earth
First set foot upon the moon.
