    Found this penny, took me forever to find out why it was like this. Any comments? It only shows "195" for the date. Could someone please tell me what this is? How this is done? Why? Pics aren't all that great but you should get the idea. The penny is alot smaller that normal ones.

      They are "small-change" that is sold as curiosity items. "AR" will be along any minute to explain.
