The Charles Lindbergh watch Fob only says New York to Paris with a design number on the back 79,160. I check the Google patent design and found that a Charles Oppenheim had applied for a watch fob design on Nov 1, 1928 and assigned the design to Sears, Roebuck and Co. Chicago. It looks like this fob is missing the compass. The second watch fob is also a Oppenheim design.
Thank you blunderbuss2
ttomtucker, do you have the pocket watch to go with this? I have the backing plate and basil, but not a complete piece. Love the Fob, thanks for sharing!!
Thanks for the information Kevin
nice link Kevin, thanks for sharing, my basil has the Staue of Liberty and the Effile Tower of the sides
ttomtucker,
The first one is missing the compass. a lot of the compasses got lost in these because the ring holding the compass in is thin and easily broken. Here is a link to mine.
