Koitsu Tsuchiya wood block print, Japanese vase that was a lamp

I bought the Koitsu Tsuchiya wood block print online for very good price, it is 21" X 16" and the title is "Evening Glow At Lake Sai" It is really pretty, and my son is 1/2 Japanese so I will keep for him. The vase I bought for $9.00 at goodwill. It was a lamp with no shade on top, I took apart and found those two stickers on the bottom. I thought for sure it was Chinese until I saw them. It is big 14 1/2 inches tall. It was on a real nice mahogany base. With a cardinal bird on each side. thanks for looking!
