The Welz confetti pieces have a distinct look to them, application glass seems soft and out of focus. The decor is nicely spaced out like the hot bubble of glass was rolled over a table of confetti glass.
This decor can also be found without the Satin-flashed finish .
1. White base with baby blue and lavender
2. Tangerine base with Red, light blue and yellow
3. Crystal base with yellow, white and pink
4. White base with lavender and pink

The spatter glass decor on the vases in photo one and photo four are a VERY close match to the line drawings for Ruckl Croral Pierrot.

I would think that the Welz label on #1 would trump line art comparisons!
