Got this on Saturday. It is a W. R Bullen Ltd. mantel clock.

Clock measures 13" across 9.5" tall and 5" deep with a 6" face.

The pendulem mount needs repair but when wound the clock runs ( although fast because the pendulem weight isn't attached) and the chimes chime.

The clockworks are by Elliot of London and are numbered 10611

    The case is numbered 5044

Branded W. R. Bullen Ltd. Norwich (A top end jeweller, still in business founded in the 1870's.

I have the parts missing in the picture but someone has tried to solder the arm without much success. :(

Would like an aproximate date if anyone could help me out.

The only serial number reference for Elliott that I was able to find was here: http://ecodeltempo.altervista.org/modules.php?name=WatchMaker&op=show&rid=9538. According to information on that website your clock's movement might date to the early 1940s.
