Thought I'd share this monster - its an amazing 14 inches tall. Lovely, Loetz like, poslished pontil. I think it's got to be a Loetz Creta(Green) 'treetrunk', but I notice the other examples of the 'treetrunk' pattern on the research sites are pretty much always Candia(Amber), they have not so much ribbing and have less complex tops.
Whatever it is -its stunning.
