We were fortunate to add a Singer "Touch 'n Sew" Model 603E in portable case, to our specially badged "World's Fair" group.
The Model 603E "1964-1965 New York World's Fair" edition. The 4th picture shows it with its cousin the Model 600. The machines were exhibited under the "Singer Bowl" grandstand at the entrance to the fair grounds.
These models featured a "no need to remove bobbin" in that they could be wound in place. They accepted a variety of interchangable fashion discs. Both machines could also be converted to do a "Chain Stitch" when supplied accessories were swapped out.
We were very excited to find it and add it to our collection!
