The "3 pieces fan" is a fixed fan, Chinese, late 19th century. In good condition, 100 euros.
Jason thanks for this help, i will post a 3 piece fan from China, it looks like its 3 piece which should be 1 piece, and another fan with the same color handle Tortoise shell. Can you of your wife tell me how this is put this back together, with 3 pieces fan ?
