Really Exceptional set of Chaps, Used in Powder river area Wyoming

So these were in the trunk With all the other Native American stuff, Don't know much except that the maker is famous, I am going to track down more information.. Not that stiff, very pliable, Looks like used a lot. Anyone into Western style Vintage chaps? Looking for more information.. Thanks
