I don't know very much about this clock, it's weight is 40 pounds and has only number markings, there is a opening for a key on the face of the clock which I do not have, this clock is in very good condition.

Looks like a time and strike movement. Someone has done some rough, careless winding at one time or another. The porcelain enamel(?) numeric inserts at "4" and "8" around the winding arbor holes are damaged or missing. How can we help...what is your question?
It looks like it might be French, but we would need much more information and possibly two or three additional photos in order to try and help you.
please provide the following:
Any and all information printed, stamped or labeled on the dial, movement, case and pendulum. This includes names, trademarks, serial/model/patent numbers and dates.
Can you measure the size of the winding arbors without further damage to the dial? If so, we should be able to tell you the size of the winding key, but winding the clock without having someone take a good look at the movement might not be a good idea.
Measurements of the dial and case. Please take measurements at the longest, widest, and deepest points only.
Well lit photos of the entire case, with close-ups of the dial, movement and any distinctive decorative feature(s) or labels.
Please note if the case appears to have a simulated or "faux" finish.
Any provenance information.
This information could be very helpful, but it still may not lead to a definitive model or date.
