Miller Brewing Company Halloween Promotion Bottle Topper- Monster Finger. I believe this to be from the 90's and was made in China. The bat shaped ring has Miller on the top and a spider with web on the bottom. 3" tall x 1" wide at base. made of rubber I have had this item over 17 years. I worked for Coors/Miller distributor back in the 80,s trough the mid 90's Can,t find any on the internet to get any other information. glad I kept this unique item.
