During the haydays of pocket watches the manufacturing arm of the telephone companies produced some very colorful watch fobs. The first photo is the Automatic Electric Co. Strowger 11 hole dial candlestick. the second is a later version of the candlestick dial. The very colorful Federal Automatic Telephone. Not to be out done my the Bell system use the Independent Local & Long distance Telephone.

AR8Jason, The fob on the left is the oldest and hardest to find. In my 46 years of collecting telephones and related items I have only run across 3 of these fobs. On the back it says Automatic Electric Co Chicago, and the maker is the Greenduck Co Chicago. The strap is new.

Beautiful pieces! I have been looking for a Federal Telephone pin for seventeen years. Still looking... Is the second fob from the left an Independent Montana Telephone Company? I have been waiting a long time for one of those! Thanks for posting!
