Went to a moving sale Saturday and bought this. The lady had a Southerby's appraisal (based on photos) of $200-$500. I bought it after a little negotiation for much less.
In overall good condition. The marble slab is about an inch thick.
    Can anyone ID the maker?

Did you look on the marble underneath it, sometimes they stamp it on the marble.

I see this is an old post and I hope you're still on this site...Your table looks a lot like mine, which I've been trying to find out more about! Someone told me it was an Eastlake but I haven't found evidence of that. I was researching Karpen furniture because I also have a chair I'm trying to find out about and there is a tag on it. Did you ever find out more about your table? I can send or post a photo if you want to see it.

I would say Eastlake also . Very nice

I don't see any carving on it so perhaps in Eastlake style .

My table has a lot of carving and balls hanging from the bottom of each corner of the top and it has two shelves under the top. More ornate than this table. It has wooden wheels.

Looks to be Victorian Eastlake. You will be hard pressed to ID a maker without any label.
