Hello,
I am searching for any information on this piece of german pottery bowl. The only markings is in bottom 'Germany and a 4 digit number 1896' plus an original gold sticker that says 'Sea-nymph Germany'. I cannot locate any information on a sticker such as this . Does anyone know anything about who made this bowl and or AGE ETC. ??? I appreciate any information or directions for searching for information regarding this pottery please???

Hi I can't see where the label is attached to the bowl . The photo of label looks like it is on something else ? Please add to placement of sticker Sea-nymph Germany

The foil sticker is not still attached to bowl. It slid completely clean from the bowl as I was attempting to lighly clean pottery with a dry rag. So I have placed label under a magnifying glass to enlarge it so I could further locate any information regarding pottery. Still no luck !
