My Hubby's Favorite Mother & Child Statue

He (Hubby) whom I will refer to herein as Mr. (LOL); has put me to work searching for information on this statue that he has had for over 25 years. I did find out some info though. That it is known as a Lladro (which is the name of the company founded in the early 1950's by three brothers in a village near Valencia.

This was purchased from an estate many, many years ago in New York City. It has nice amazing details and the coloring is more vibrant than the other types of older statues and figurines by Lladro.
