German Ceramic Plate (Geschm Gesch)

This Plate is painted with copper and has an irregular shape. Its diameter is 16.2cm.
It is filled with pictures such as a person riding on a broomstick (pictured in center), trees (pine i think), crests (one with a deer and tree), an old brick building with men mounting horses (statues) and other pictures.
It has German words such as;

- CLAUSTAL-ZELLERFELD
- OKER
- TALSPERRE
- BAD SACHSA
-HUBICHENSTEIN
- ST.ANDREASBERG
-ALTENAU
- TOREFHAUS
On the back of the plate it says "1150, geschm gesch"
I would like to know if this is is vintage, collectable and worth anything (if so, how much?). Thankyou.
