Blue cobalt glass vase with porcelain flowers and gold trim -- came from an estate sale of a collector -- vase is 6 1/2 inches tall, 4 1/2 inch diameter on top and 3 inch diameter on the bottom -- the glass is 3cm in thickness and the total weight of the vase is 1.5 lbs -- need help with identifying manufacturer -- will be posting a pink etched vase from the same collection and requesting assistance -- thanks members
That cluster of flowers really send it over the top for me. So delicate.
thanks amberrose -- me also along with the gold and the cobalt blue glass -- that crow mentality of ours -- have a great day

Honestly Im not 100% sure but it definitely looks high quality!
Love this and coloring is fantastic !!!!!!!!!!!

Your welcome epson ! you have a good week also oh and I think Nippon but then not positive because of glass bottom ?

thanks brat & sean for the loves -- wishing you both the very best
Oh Epson, this is beautiful.
thank you nldionne -- found at an estate sale --- waited for the last day and paid 60 rather than the 120 dollars -- they could not believe it did not make the 120 -- but they had so much other things that people just missed it -- will check on your site to see how gumption is doing -- rainy and wet here in vancouver , wa and sure it will be making its way across the usa -- hopefully with no severe damages
These Heavy Enameled vases and goblets have been made for a long time in Bohemia/Czechoslovakia and similar ones were made in Murano, Italy. Difficult to know who exactly made it since they used similar techniques. RER (LOUMANAL)
Definitely not Nippon, not Japanese at all
Agree with Lou.. but.. they did and do also make this in Japan and china for export currently. I do not think the quality is as high as these though.
Really?? I don't see a single thing that makes me thing Japanese or Chinese, its too elegant and scrolling and gilded. There's no way its not Bohemian!
Okay I found some online, I knew it was Bohemian

Yes they made /make these in bohemia. they have for many many years now.. but these also come out of Japan, China and of course, Italy.
These EXACT ones? With the EXACT detailing? I can't find any on Google
what does exact mean to you. the pieces you posted were not exact to this piece and the time lines were all over the place. :) this exact style.. yes.
it's difficult to find modern pieces on the web. Please trust that I wouldn't lie to you about this.. I am not willing to spend a ton of time tracking down modern stuff. But these are being made new. In Bohemia, Italy and Asia. They've been in constant production for over 100 years. I don't know how long they've been coming out of asia. But I've seen new on alibaba as of about 5 years ago. I believe these are still coming out of italy as well.
i totally agree gno -- i just loved the colors and the workmanship on the flowers
ok members -- perhaps i need to delete this posting as it is getting frustrating to all of us -- it was just a pretty piece of blue glass with flowers -- i so love all of you for the input -- but let's stop the mental masturbation on this one -- for $60 it is not worth the time spent and again thanks you members
Peace and Love Epson!
Stunning Cobalt color!! Great Find/score!!
