My 3 year old found this pull toy today at a local op shop. It's made of lightweight plastic and has green glass eyes. It doesn't appear to have any markings. Cute find though :)

I love it, I have no idea how old it is, but the common term for a toy made like this is 'blow molded'. Generally blow molded toys (air projected at high force into a mold cavity, forcing the melted plastic to adhere to the mold walls, leaving the center hollow) are the least expensive variety, but there are a number of high quality blow molded items produced by American companies such as Little Tykes or Step 2. I'd guess this one is from the 80s or 90s, and there might have been something in the hollow in the middle- like a plastic basket, etc. Check the inner side of the wheels or the bottom of the toy, it might have some mark.
But it's a fun item, and definitely, your 3 year old has a good eye!
