Vintage Celluloid (?) Made in Italy Angel Lamp Bases

Firstly, I just want to apologise for how dirty these are lol. I've only just taken them out of a box. They were among some things we bought from an abandoned storage unit. There is some damage, so they may be a lost cause, but are they worth cleaning up and repairing? (If not, I may upcycle the bases into something else - would be a shame to throw them out!!).
