    Not sure about this one. I am guessing it is a candle holder, or used to catch the wax drippings. It is Sterling Silver although I was not able to capture the hallmarks they are a bit worn. The theme....I think...is sweethearts with Kings and Queens or other Royalty featured. If anyone can make out the images I would be interested, but I think their respective coat or arms are on the flip side. This is a total guess.

      I don't think that this was made to be a stand-alone piece. I think that it is probably a detachable candle holder from a candelabra. Very nice! : )
