This is pretty amazing !! I just opened a package that I bought in a shop yesterday. I knew it contained Letters and photos from Japan to a Friend in the U.S. I found this Letter inside that was written 53 years ago TODAY !! There are other letters and items that I will post as I go through the Package. Does anyone know where this City is Located in Japan, or anything about this!
More Information: Just read entire Letter and This Japanese Girl is Fifteen years old. She talks about a Typhoon sweeping across her city that, swept at the moment,as she puts it, over 4 thousand people away with it.

Thank You for the website kindy !! The Letters and other things I am finding in this Package are very interesting. The paper that the Japanese Girl was writing on appears to be consistant with Rice paper, or something like it. Any ideas out there ?
