Perkins bacon small star water marked stamp paper (full)

Perkins bacon small star water marked paper (full) ungummed. Not sure how old it is but it's in really good Condition,someone cared for this piece and Kept it inbeteen two plastic sheets. I'm not sure if stamp Collectors will be Interested in to this but it's Interesting anyway.
