This is an original Louis Icart that is in the original gilt frame. I am pretty sure that it is called"SPEED". It was given to me by my ex-husband who love all art deco period items.

LOUIS JUSTIN LAURENT ICART (1888-1950).
It is called VITESSE II (SPEED II).
Etching, drypoint and aquatint printed with colour and hand colour, signed Louis Icart.
Is there a "Windmill stamp" embossed at lower left?
A "Cachet moulin de la galette" in french.
