This little red bird was $1, and of course now I obsessively look for labels or signatures on everything, so when I turned it over I noticed a slot...apparently it's designed to sit on (guessing) the side of the plant container...
Instead of spending hours researching, I'll just post it here and see what comes my way :)....You guys are great.
