I do not know anything about this piece, other than it is old. I looked all of it, there is not any stamps on it. Image 3 is on all four posts, little girls face.

Thank you, I cannot find anything even close to this look on the internet :(
I'm not sure, but it reminds me of an iron log holder that goes in a fireplace or stove. Maybe she made a table from one because it's so ornamental. It's low is the reason I think this also.
