    I bought this in 1992 in Dallas, Texas from an art shop that's been out of business for years now. I can't for the life of me remember who they said painted it and the signature is tough to read.

    It looks like it says TMKev.S. but for the longest time I thought it said Tucker S. lol

    Any information on the artist would be most welcome!

      It might be a copy of Sandra Hayen. It reads S. Tukev. Or perhaps Hayen copied Tuyev?
