    Here is part of my batman collection, I believe it's from 1938 since that's what it says on the back, that would place it right at the begining of the golden age for DC comics!

      The date probably reads 1988. This is a modern piece in style, construction material and subject matter .

      Ok guys problem solved, I found it, the Number on the back was a code" J1938 it's a Sonic Spy Batman from the BIM series, weird how choppy the sculpture is, it makes it look vintage, I put it on E-Bay.
