    All I know so far is that it's from the Clinton era its the second one that I know of in existence. It basically talks about Clinton's view on pot and how he claims never to "inhale" I'm not sure if it is made from hemp or burlap.. if anyone else knows anything please comment :)

      Oh how I would *SO* love to have one of these too -- it'd be behind glass in a frame somewhere on a prominent place on the wall?!! <applause> Being a current resident of The Natural State (which is accidentally also now in slow process of legalizing 'medical marijuana' no matter whether he ever inhaled anything or not) I can still say without hesitation that "I miss Bill"... ;-)

      "Slick Willy" BTW, was a name (around here anyways) that actually sorta pre-dated the Clintons...
