1884 Reed and Barton Plate

My 10 daughter picked up this plate at the local antique mall. It looks rather used and at one time appears to have been silver plated. We were interested in the history of such plates. The top of the plate says {Armand Enrich} and below it has the year 1884. The bottom of the plate has MFD&PT AT ED RI and below it says REED&BARTON with a number stamped below it of 130.
