      Well, schutze marke is German for trademark so that's not the maker. The stylized S on the plate reminds me of the plates on Singer sewing machines in the US, so perhaps it is a Singer manufactured for the German market.

      thank you very much. a have it from my grandfather , and he told me that the sewing machine has more then 60 yers old. I searched the net, but i didnt find some more details.

      It's not a Singer. The S badge is the logo for Durkopp, a German sewing machine manufacturer that is still in business today. As Amanda said, the Schutz is not part of the name, it means trade mark.
      This style of machine is called a high-arm TS.

      it's a little hard to tell with the condition of the machine but yes, I would say, about 1890 - 1900, could be a little earlier, the style of the bobbin winder is early.
