I think this watch was my Grandfathers.. It is stamped inside ARGENT FIN and there is a maybe serial number 35270
    It is inscribed
    TOBIAS
    LOCLE
    Anere 13 Pierres

I just want to know its history and what it is worth.

    Thank you!

Locle or Le Locle is a village in Switserland where many watchmakers were located ig Tissot.
Anere could be Ancre a type of escapement in the watch. 13 Pierres could be 13 Rubis or 13 stones.

Argentin is also known as German Silver. It's an alloy of Copper, Zinc and Nickel.

It could be. There was a Tobias watchfactory in Switserland.
Is the watch inside stamped with any sign.

Here is something to look out for: http://www.mikrolisk.de/show.php?site=280&letter=T&searchWhere=trademark&searchMode=exact&id=17#sucheMarker
