    I am unsure what this is, I discovered in my mom's attic. It is brass and possibly chinese. A funnel like top and hole on the bottom .All comments would be appreciated.

      looks like bronze and silver to me.

      I'm not sure where you are seeing any brass, that is copper and most likely silver. Small possibility that its nickel-silver though, but I'd guess either .800 or sterling. It isn't Chinese, its from SE Asia or perhaps India, though the dragon makes me think SE Asia.
