Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows what kind of blanket this is. It feels like heavy wool and it has birds in flight. I don't know what kind of birds they are or who might have made this. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Michelle

Not Native American. These are made in the Altiplano region of Mexico.

Thank you, for your help, I really appreciate it. Should I delete this post since it is not Native American or leave it here in case someone else might have one and need to figure it out also?
      Thanks,
      Michelle

I can only observe that if all the non-Native American items were removed from here, there wouldn't be much left! It apparently isn't a requirement for posting in the Native American category. But the photos will show up without the comments, so unless someone checks out each posting, there won't be any way to know that it isn't Native American.

Thanks, I will just leave it up then.
