This is the most unusual bottle of liqueur I have never opened! The label says 60 proof Produce of Holland, Bols, Gold Creme de Menthe, with a dancing ballerina musical box INSIDE the bottle. It winds up and plays Le Bleu Danube while the ballerina dances in a circular motion. My grandmother used to play the music for me when I was little. It's quite the conversation piece!
How cute your story is. Keep the whisky in it. It's more valuable this way.
does anyone know what this is worth. i have on exactly like it, but is much older than 1970....more like the 50's. mine also has more liquor in it.
All you have to do is Google that, as values not given here. Here is a good link for info about the bottles:

We have one and the liquor still in it. It had Gold Flecks in it, and we were told they were real Gold Flakes. It is at the farm...
Will the value of this bottle go up in a few years or likely to stay the same?
I have a very similar one, never opened . And music box and Ballerina work perfectly.
