I think this little jug(?) is quite early, maybe 1700's as it is similar to some that I have had images of on the net, not quite sure yet! It is marked with the crescent moon. I am still researching it so if you can give me a little help I would appreciate it! I picked this up in a jumble sale back last year and have only just got around to checking up on it!
Thanks for your interest!!
Very attractive jug! Here are two pages that might advance you. You might well already have seen these! : )

Hi, this is definitely a Worcester, Ca. 1751-1770, I believe it's from Dr. Wall, Period One, could be second period but pretty sure it's Dr. Wall, period one, Worcester. It's either a gravy boat or ewer, it's quite lovely. Not sure what the pattern is though. Would you be interested in selling it?
Hope this helps,
Connie
czeller66 Connie, Thank you for all of your information! I have it booked it (with other things) for an auction value with our local auction house. I would have to find out its value before deciding which is the best way to sell it! Many thanks again!
Hi, czeller66. Great to see you concur on ID! Question: All the Worcester pieces of this period I've looked at that are similar in form and size to this one are referred to as a 'jug'. I respect your opinion. Could you please tell us why you think that this is a gravy boat or an ewer? The breadth of the spout, perhaps? Thanks a lot! : )
