No markings found.only ul. Little crystals/rocks for leaves.and raised branches.please help thanks a lot.

Wow, we have this exact lamp. It was purchased about 50 years ago in Reno NV by my in-laws. Do you still yours? We recently broke one of the globes and would like to replace it or possibly replace the lamp.
