Bought this today. The fiddle itself is in sound condition. Needs the sound post reset and a new tailpiece and strings. The case is really cool. Hand made with a slight curve to the top, lined in what appears to be old wall paper and carved out for the headstock to rest in.
The label inside reads "E. Webb, Athens Mich. Aug. 25 1891, Maker and Repairer of Violins". Any info would be appreciatted. A quick internet search turned up zip.
