Bought off eBay not that long ago. This is a classic 1920s-30s art deco style with the stopper and foot coloured and matching. Very angular and deco looking in shape too. The three way pouring lip seems to be a hangover from earlier asthetic designs. Probably English.
Matching coloured foot and stopper is not uncommon during the 20s to 30s, I have 3 other different ones.
