    Glassintern
    (3 items)

I'm currently and intern for an architect in the Pittsburgh area. The office walls are lines with over three hundred pieces of Czech glass, mostly tango. I spent most of the summer photographing, measuring, and attempting to identify the makers marks, a truly difficult but interesting endeavor. I put together a whole catalog full of information and photographs on each individual vase, bowl, globe, pitcher, and dish. His office is moving and the idea of wrapping up all these vases is daunting to say the least. He's looking to downsize his collection, but I have no idea how to go about that. Any suggestions would be fantastic.

Here are a few of my favorite pieces!

Hi, Great collection! You could go to http://www.kralik-glass.com to ID your glass. The webmaster there is very helpful. You can contact him through the site for any questions. He's always helped me out and a few others.

I'm more interested in your research including "measuring, and attempting to identify the makers marks" Are these pieces marked?
    8. Glassintern Glassintern, 12 years ago
About seventy percent of them are either by an acid etch, pressed mark, or a few very worn stickers. I'll put up another post of some of the marks.

put the pics in a drop box so all can see them. it is interesting to see groupings and associations in pieces that are lost when the collection is picked over. if you can sell them in a group you will get your best price right now, (i am also interested). if not the second way to do it is list them randomly (and not matching or similar) on ebay. sell 10 a week-if you put them all on the market the price drops, economics...

I wish Ozmarty, but getting school credit for doing this isn't too bad.
