    No, she's not holding a cigarette, but this lady has attitude! She's dressed in equestrian garb, I do believe. She's wearing pants (disguised by front and back panels), a jacket, scarf, jaunty hat with feathers, and she's holding a crop. On the base of the base, Austria is inscribed. On the base of the statue (which stands 3 inches), I can't make out the name. Seems to start with CK. Anybody have any ideas on who the artist might have been?
