Hallmarked 18K /AG/ and the letter G in an oval ring with small circles at top and bottom of oval
Serial number 1096
Key for both winding and setting time
1.5 inches diameter
How old and how rare is this Cartier watch?

Thanks for the link. Apart from the seconds dial, it seems identical to my watch. I have the key, the watch works perfectly and keeps good time.
The gold stick is not a slider pencil but is a pipe cleaner. I will post a closeup photo tomorrow.
