I am hoping that someone may help me identify what this is. I'm not sure if it's a vase as it is open on both ends. I also want to know if this is a piece by the late Juan Felix Sanchez 1900-1997, who is a famous Nicaraguan Andean folk artist. One of South America's best known artists.
