Hi bought these two hats in Ecuador 1982 Otavalo, The men there wear felt hats, short cotton pants, blue ponchos, and pony tails. I just looked Hotels, more expensive now! haha Now about $15 - $25 for good room! The pancho I think is Guatemala. The headband is good old USA rattlesnake! Ecuador is very special!
