Coca cola Vinyl cooler bag vintage

Hey,

I found this cooler bag on my grandpa's attic clean out and I was unable to find another like it on the internet, does anybody have any idea from which time this is?
I saw something similar in one of the articles on here but mine looks older actually. The other one I saw is here:

I have the exact same bag, and yours is the only one I've been able to find online, I really would like to know more.

No I did not manage to find a lot. I think the bag is Dutch or at least released there....
