I thrifted two things I almost never pick up...plates!
The first is a celebration of Arabia of Finland's 100th anniversary. Seems there might be four (?) different plates they put out. It is in minty condition...and well Arabia.
The second just charmed me. I mean look at those birds in the trees, so cute. Reujter made in W. Germany. The colors are really bright!
I have no idea what I am going to do with them, but they had to be rescued from the chippy thrift! Will probably go in the hoarder bin, to be flea marketed. Not sure if I can sneak them in the house for display, gotta a few infiltrators already going (hee hee)

You and Sean must be an awesome team! You've both got the eye, the moves (elbows, distractions, hip bumps) and clearly some fab op shops! I'm missing out here! Sigh!

Hahaha Racer! You made me laugh. Sean and I do tag team well. We have about 80% overlap in taste (so not always fighting for the same goodies) an a good bit of knowledge between us. Oddly we have yet to meet, plans are in place-ish for this June.
My hubby has a very strict "no plates policy...too old lady". Occasionally I can sneak a cool platter in but he is pretty watchful. Got the "hint" just last night that too many goodies were sneaking in. Ha! Busted!
