It must be a first "B" week as this is the my first Bitossi find. It is from the 70s although the pattern seems to go back to the late 50s. Modrian style.
It is bright and rugged and just a neat piece to look at.
I dream of finding the blue...ahhh that Bitossi blue...

Is this an ashtray? It looks rather large to be an ashtray, but then again, people did smoke more in those days. Most uncommon. : )

It is an ashtray. People seem to use them as display pieces now.
Walksoftly, I am doing just fine! Thank you for asking

Oops. Sorry!! Didn't mean to imply that it was too big. Merely meant to make a comment on the times. Ashtrays used to be bigger than they are nowadays, I think. Oh, no, it is quite memorable. Quite stylish!! : )

Sweeeet... Don't worry, you'll find a piece of Rimini Blue sooner or later. I assume that you like it a lot, so it will catch your eye quicker than anyone else at the sale or thrift store. Thats how I found my little Lalique perfume bottle amongst a pile of junk in a dark garage, it stood out like a sore thumb because of my strong fondness for Lalique. So hang it there!
